Ace choreographer Saroj Khan passed away today. She was admitted to a hospital last month in Mumbai after she complained of breathing issues. She passed away due to cardiac arrest. The last rites of 71-year-old choreographer were performed at Malvani in Malad today.

Celebrities like Akshay Kumar, Madhuri Dixit, Amitabh Bachchan, Tiger Shroff, Alia Bhatt, Kriti Sanon, Varun Dhawan, Anushka Sharma and others, and her fans have taken to their social media handles to mourn Masterji’s demise. Saroj Khan worked with a lot of talents in the industry and have given us unforgettable songs.

Meanwhile, we got our hands on a BTS video of song ‘Dil Mera Muft Ka’ from ‘Agent Vinod’ featuring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Maryam Zakaria. In the video, Saroj ji can be seen choreographing both the ladies and teaching them ‘adayaki’ and it is simply unmissable. While rehearsing for the song, she also went on to say, ‘dono ko electral pani pilao, takat kam hai dono me’. Later, the song went on to be a huge hit when it released. Maryam has also taken to her Instagram handle to mourn the demise of Saroj Khan. She wrote, “I can’t believe I am writing this 😢When I met you and worked with you it was a dream come true. Saroj ji you made me to perform so well in my first movie song that I got much appreciated in Bollywood. You believed in me and gave me another Bollywood song and used to say you have it in you and you can make it big in Bollywood but work hard and keep practice. I will never forgot that. I used to come and take dance classes from you cuz I have loved you since childhood admired your dance and your expression. I can’t believe you are gone Master Ji. I am going to miss you so much. You will always stay close to my heart and I will never forgot all the beautiful moments I spend with you . I love you for ever. RIP #sarojkhan 🙏❤️😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢”

Meanwhile on the work front, she last worked with Madhuri, Alia Bhatt and Sonakshi Sinha in ‘Kalank’.
