Sushant Singh Rajput case: Hospital declines to provide the late actor’s autopsy report to Bihar Police, cites ‘local police protocol’ | Hindi Movie News

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14 at his Bandra residence. His untimely demise has sent shockwaves across the country. After his father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty for abetment to suicide among other things in Bihar recently, the investigation has taken a new turn.

Currently, the Mumbai Police and Bihar Police are investigating Sushant’s death case and they are looking into every angle after the family has put allegations against Rhea.

Now according to the latest report by Times Now, Bihar Police was denied permission to meet doctors of Cooper Hospital by the admin citing ‘Mumbai Police protocols’. The Bihar Police wanted Sushant’s autopsy report but they were denied for the same. Check out the report here:

Reports also suggest that Bihar Police will be questioning director Rumi Jaffery and other people who were in touch with Sushant recently. Sushant and Rhea were supposed to start shooting for Rumi’s next in May. It is being said that Rumi claimed earlier that he knew Sushant’s condition, hence he might be questioned today. Bihar Police will also be interrogating the cast of Sushant’s last film.

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court is likely to hear a transfer petition filed by Rhea on August 5. She had moved to the Supreme Court on Wednesday demanding that the case registered against her by the Bihar Police should be transferred to the Mumbai Police.
