Sushant Singh Rajput’s sister Shweta Singh Kirti posted a heartfelt note for fans, thanking everyone for the overwhelming support to their family during this tough time. She had shared on Facebook, “I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the kind of love and support you guys have shown…. I can’t thank you guys enough for giving our family strength & caring for us during this difficult time. Let’s have faith on God and his justice…. keep praying.”

Sushant Singh Rajput passed away on June 14, his death by suicide shocked the nation. Shweta, who lives in US, reportedly flew down to India and was present at the late actor’s prayer meet in Patna.

The 34 year old actor passed away at his Bandra residence. The Mumbai Police have been investigating his death and have already recorded statements of over 30 people. From Sushant Singh Rajput’s family to close friends Rhea Chakraborty and Mahesh Shetty to the actor’s house help and manager – a lot of people have been questioned. Recently filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali also recorded her statement at the Bandra Police Station, the ace filmmaker had reportedly offered Sushant as many as four films, none of which materialized.
